Mutton Qeema Karahi | Keema karahi recipe by Fhameena,s Kitchen

-Mutton Keema 500 gm
-Green chillies 4 pcs
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1/3 cup
-Onion chopped 2 medium
-Ginger paste 1 tbs
-Dried Red Chilli 10 to 12 pcs
-Garlic paste 1 tbs
-Coriander powder 1 tsp
-Cumin seeds ½ tbs
-Salt 1 tsp or to tast
-Tomatose paste 1 cup
-Red Chilli powder 1 tbs
-Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
-Water 1/4 Cup or as required
-Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

-In wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add Mutton mince and mix well until changes color.
-Add coriander powder,cumin powder,salt,Red chilli powder ,
Turmaric powder ,Dried red chilli and mix well.
-Add Tomatose souce 1 cup .
-Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Turn on the flame and cook until oil separates.
-Add green chili cover and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger Lemon slice & serve!
