Recently a concept artist revealed his take on the batsuit for a cancelled video game. While some speculation does need to be done, it does seem extremely plausible that this is from the potential follow-up to Batman Arkham Knight, which was called Batman Arkham Legacy (by the community). There have been several projects cancelled at WB games, including a Superman game and Project Sabbath, which was set to star Damian Wayne.
